Hi there! I’m looking to have someone rent out the spare bedroom in my 2 bed 2 bath Apartment. The unit backs right up to Pilot Butte, on the bottom floor. It’s a gorgeous view and literally a minute walk to the actual park. You will have your own bedroom, and bathroom. The bathroom will be shared with guests if needed, but that’s it. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and I will have the rest of the place furnished besides your bedroom. Outside is a patio, and storage if needed. You MUST love dogs. I have a very happy wiggly pup who will love you so much! I may get another down the road, so i prefer no others. You’re welcome to take the covered parking space, if not there is parking on the street just a few steps away and open parking spaces throughout the complex.

Rent includes all utilities besides electric, which shouldn’t be much. Also includes wifi. You’ll have to get approved by management, who is super super nice. They require rental history and a background check. If you don’t have good rental history it will just make your deposit the higher of the two. It will either be half of $750, or $750 flat. I’m self employed and usually very busy. I prefer home to be a clean, positive, relaxing environment. I’m super easy to get along with, and hopefully you’ll be the same. I scuba dive professionally, hike, spend a lot of time with my pup. I’d prefer the person who moves in to be someone I could become friends with. I’m relatively new to the area.
