A quaint, single family home with a large bedroom available. There’s also a small office room that’s not currently in use that’s a bonus! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors and plenty of street parking.

There’s a small front and back lawn but I pay a neighbor to cut the grass once a month during the summer. There’s a large unfurnished basement downstairs with plenty of storage space. I also have a washer/dryer downstairs you are free to use.

The landlord is very courteous and is prompt with any issues (which have been very rare).

The bedroom that’s available is the largest in the house and comes unfurnished. It can easily fit a bed, dressers, and desk very comfortably. The rest of the house is furnished with comfy couches and a cozy kitchen set up.

I am a single woman looking for a female roommate. I usually keep to myself but if you like to chat I’m very friendly. I clean the house frequently so I do ask for a roommate that is also cleanly. I work at a local hobby store not far from the property 40 hours a week but I also take on small creative projects in my downtime. I host dungeons and dragons or a girls night at the property once every couple of months but my friends are very respectful and won’t disturb your space.
