Tanya's room
About the room
Pull back the curtain on what makes a rental genuinely liveable and it usually comes down to a few things done well. Here, they’re all done well. Malls and transit close enough to stop being something you plan around. A room that’s fully private own bathroom, independent, no shared anything. And a neighbourhood with that specific, earned quality of calm: unhurried streets, long-term residents, a community that’s visibly chosen to be there. It holds up.
About the roomies
Our place tends to stay pretty calm it’s the two of us living here, and we’ve set up separate rooms for privacy. I work in water resource planning and my partner is a medical illustrator. We’re both respectful of space, keep things tidy without being asked, and really value quiet evenings. We’re hoping to share the home with someone polite who takes responsibility seriously and enjoys a clean, peaceful environment.
