Juliette's room

This place is so cute and super homey! It is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home. The common rooms are all fully furnished so the only furniture you’d need to bring would be for your personal bedroom space. If needed, I can furnish the bedroom for an additional fee. This is the perfect place for college students who want something close to campus so I’m looking for people aged 21 to 24. Rent will be $700 and bills will be $100-$150 each. This lease would be 6 months long, from July 1 2023 - Jan 1 2024. Move in can be as early as June. Unfortunately, no animals are allowed, but I do have an ESA cat that would be living with us.

A little bit about me: I am a super fun, outgoing, and enthusiastic girl and I love meeting new people! I love going on hikes, road trips, photo shoots and finding new places to eat! I do party and go out occasionally, but I also love staying in sometimes and having a movie night and drinking wine! I love having friends over and roommates to hang out with, so I’m looking for someone that actually wants to be friends with their roommate. I will be having roommate interviews to see if we are compatible. I’m a pretty straight up person but I am very respectful when it comes to confrontation. I expect my roommate to be open to discussion and not someone who hides in their room when there is an issue. The main things I am looking for in a roommate is honesty, respect, and kindness. I’m hoping to find someone who is clean, caring of others and their personal items, and lastly, someone who pays things on time is a must!!
