April's room

Nice spacious private bedroom with a walk-in closet and a shared bathroom. The room and bathroom are upstairs. Up to two people can live in the room. Free Wifi available. You will have access to the kitchen and laundry room. You will also have your own personal spot to park on our driveway. We live in a safe community and we have security throughout the day–especially at night. There is no smoking or drugs of any kind allowed and no pets. Rent is $ 900/month with a down payment of $700. Rent includes utility bills. (items seen in pictures of the room and closet will be removed)

We are a small Hispanic family and we are tidy and clean individuals. Two of us are just focused on our studies. We are very respectful and laid back.
