I’m sure you’re sick of seeing room rental offerings that make it look like your landlord is the warden of a state prison. Well, I’m here to change that. You see, I purchased this 3,000 SQFT home and now have a bedroom with a shared bathroom available for rent. The house is a two-story home with a huge back yard. Quality of life is what I hope you will get living here.

I want you to actually live your life and enjoy coming home every day. After all, it is YOUR home too, and you don’t want to feel like you’re walking around on eggshells. Your home is your sanctuary and that is the environment I’m looking to create.

I am a 37 years old who purchased this home as an investment for my future. I am a working professional.

About You:

You should be a working professional or in school, who is free of illegal drug use. Smoking of any kind will not be allowed. I am only looking to rent to a single occupant and cannot accommodate couples, children or any dogs/cats. Above that, as long as you pay your rent on time and be respectful to the house, life will be grand.

Rent will be $750 which will include all utilities. A refundable deposit of $500 is requested along with a 6 month minimum lease. After that, you can go month to month. I intend on keeping the home minimum 5 years, so someone looking to make this a home, too, would be best!

I am going to be real selective about who I offer the room to, so please shoot me an email so I can forward you an application. Credit check and background check required with validation of income. Any issues with first responders, this is not the place for you.
