Jamilla's room

Two story house in the Fan with fenced back yard and street parking available. We have a downstairs bedroom free and would like to find a new roomie as soon as possible :) The neighborhood is great and Byrd Park and Maymont are both just a short 5 to 15 minute walk away. Carytown is also right down the street so there’s plenty to do! Neighbors have been very friendly and mostly quiet as well.

We both are in our early 20s and usually enjoy our own spaces. I tend to stay in my room mostly and I have a cat. We’d like someone who is considerate and tidy. If you’re a smoker we’d prefer it not be in common areas of the house. We’re not looking to rent to couples.
