Private studio at the back of the house. Private entry, bathroom, hot water heater, large spa-like shower, and heating and AC unit. Kitchenette. 12 ft. ceilings. Large walk-in closet (with dressers). All closets and storage have 12 ft. ceilings as well, so lots of storage! Hardwood and tile floors. One parking space available. Shared washer and dryer in the garage. Quiet, safe neighborhood. People ride their bikes here, and children play in the street (on purpose). Non smoking.

I am a female student, 36, and the owner of the house. I like gardening and yard work, so you may see me outside. I am focused on school and like a quiet atmosphere. The other roommate in the house is male, 60, has a small dog, and works from home. He also likes a quiet atmosphere. You wont see either of us, or the dog, unless we cross paths outside.
