John's room

Hi we have a room available for rent in a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath home in the city of Bellflower. Nearest cross streets are Clark Ave and Cedar St. This is a very quiet street. Very close to 2 shopping centers. Lakewood mall/Costco (2 miles) and Cerritos mall (2 miles).

Many restaurants and markets nearby. They recently opened up an In n Out down the street and a Dunkin Donut. Just a 2 min drive.

Also near 91/605 freeway for easy access. 6 miles to Cal state long beach local driving and 11 miles freeway. Both takes approximately 12-15 minutes travel time.

Home is fairly new, built 2014. Room (bedroom A, listed on image) is 170 SF with adjoining bathroom. Bathroom will be labeled as shared for now. That’s if we end up renting out our smaller bedroom. Very low possibility that we will not.

Other than that you will practically have your own bathroom. The other door of bathroom leads to the hallway. Room is on the second floor. Has a small balcony, closet and 9 foot ceilings. You will have a parking spot on the side of the house so no need to hunt for parking on the street.

We are looking for a quiet professional individual that goes to school/work full time. Clean, respectful, has manners, considerate, CLEANS UP after themselves….and has common sense. You will have access to light kitchen use and washer/dryer. Rent will be $950/month, utilities included plus internet.

We are a small family of 3. There are no pet allowed. Must be very clean. No drug, no smoking, no overnight guest. Please pickup after yourselves. That is all we ask.
