Everything is included in your rent — electric, water, gas, trash, and blazing fast 2 Gig internet (yes, 2,000 Mbps — upload AND download). No surprise bills. Ever. The home also has a 360° security camera system around the entire outside of the house, so you’ll always feel safe. You’re also close to everything in Frisco:
