About the room
Hi My grandmother is looking to rent out her garage it’s in the city of Lakewood cross streets Studebaker and Del Amo close to 605 freeway, Long Beach town center, Long Beach City College and malls. Roomie will have access to kitchen, living room, back room, back yard, washer and dryer if you have a car you can park in the driveway or the side of the house… if your looking for a place to rest your head and save some extra money while you get on your feet this may be the place for you :)
About the roomies
In the house is my grandmother, grandfather, Roomate, their dog… it’s a three bedroom house everyone in the house has their own rooms. I do have to say if your not cannabis friendly this place may not be for you. My grandfather does smoke weed for medical purposes. the room is available on the 1st of June and it is Month to month contract
