-Month to month lease.

-30 day Notice to Vacate must be given at the 1st of the month, regardless of move in date, more notice than 30 days is always welcome but it is a 2 month commitment.

-All utilities included, $950 a month.

-$500 deposit ($250 NON refundable/$250 refundable if the stay is more than 3 months). An easy buy in for the luxury of month to month.

-Must pass a background check.

Looking for a roommate who values privacy and having their own space. The setup is designed to feel more like your own studio apartment — while you may occasionally hear each other, it’s entirely possible to go weeks without really crossing paths. There is a simple efficiency-style setup for preparing and eating meals, similar to an extended stay or dorm-style arrangement, but there is not a shared kitchen.
