Tyler's room

The house was built in 1907 and has a lot of old house charm, but has been nicely updated with modern amenities.

• Kitchen: nicely updated, plenty of storage/pantry space, dishwasher, garbage disposal, French door refrigerator
• Bathroom: 1 shared bathroom, nicely updated, plenty of storage. Plans to add a second bathroom to the main level in the next year.
• Laundry: Free on-site laundry located in the basement
• Parking: On-street parking in front of house
• Other: 24/7 monitored security system, secure package delivery to enclosed porch, outdoor fire pit and pergola

The space: We have two private unfurnished bedrooms available for rent for $650/month each. Both will fit a queen sized bed comfortably, and have large closets. Max of 1 person per room.

Our names are Anthony and Tyler, and we have three friendly and social cats. We’re both professionals working in healthcare and behavioral health insurance. Our interests include socializing, breweries/distilleries, music, and movies. Anthony enjoys working with his hands in his spare time, and does woodworking, carpentry, and home improvement. Tyler enjoys films, music, attending shows, and cooking. In our free time we enjoy hosting hang outs, and you can expect to see us hanging out with our friends at home about once a week. We are an LGBTQ+ household and are LGBTQ+ friendly.
