About the room
I’m subletting 1 room in a 4-bedroom house located 1 mile away from LLU medical center. The room will be ready on 6/20 but can be available as early as 6/1. Pictures are attached. It is unfurnished, but can be furnished upon request.
Rent is $836/month, excluding utilities (wifi, water, gas, trash, electric) which range between $30-50 depending on the season. The utilities will be split among all 4 tenants.
The house has a nice big yard, a 3-car garage, washer/dryer, and a lot of storage space.
The current tenants are 1 current male resident, an incoming female student, and another male resident. Including you, there will be 4 of us.
