Please be aware that these units were previously short-term vacation rentals, but due to the COVID-19 Pandemic our property management company & its property owners have decided to sublet all units as month-to-month FULLY STOCKED & FURNISHED housing to assist people in need during this global crisis period. Spaces ideal for travel nurses, medical professionals, visitors stranded due to travel complications, or anyone who just wants to quarantine in style. These luxury apartments are fully stocked with everything from bed linens to bathroom toiletries & all other household supplies for 3+ weeks.

Other Things to Note: • The longevity of the month-to-month leases will be dependent on how the COVID-19 virus progresses • If you are looking for a longer-term lease (3+ months) we could accommodate you with a higher monthly rental rate and additional security deposit.

The 1000 sq. ft. apartment is laid out efficiently and utilizes the entire space to its fullest potential. You will have a private bedroom with a queen bed and ample closet space. Each room has its own dedicated bathroom with full-size tub and/or full shower. The main common area is an open concept floor plan that is broken into 3 parts. First is the Kitchen & Dining area boasting all brand-new appliances, and fully stocked with items for all your cooking and dining needs. Next is the living room with a cozy yet modern design, plush sofa, 50“ Flat Screen Smart Roku TV, High Speed WiFi, and more for you to enjoy. Living room has floor to ceiling windows & balcony access offering incredible views day or night for you to enjoy over a meal or a good book. This last portion of the unit, and my personal favorite, is the balcony that overlooks the pool. The unit also comes with an in-home washer and dryer set in the front entryway closet. The building also offers a full-size gym, along with pool/hot tub, and resident lounges are on the 1st floor mezzanine, as well as on the rooftop! Also note- all appliances, as well as furniture, and beds are brand new!
