An adorable two bedroom two bathroom in Southwest fargo. View of a pond with a fountain and has a balcony. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom (with shower/tub). Included is in unit washer and drier, two stall parking garage, full kitchen with dishwasher, and I already have the living room furnished but am open to new things. The apartment has an elevator, the landlord is great, and the people are friendly but mostly keep to themselves.

Currently looking for a new roommate because my current one will be moving soon. The apartment is a darling 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with an in unit washer and drier, dishwasher, and balcony. It also comes with a 2 stall parking garage (I do have one vehicle of my own). The room that is available has a bath/shower, toilet, and sink with storage underneath. The bedroom attaches to the bathroom through a walk-through closet with lots of storage space. The bedroom also has a view that faces the pond with a fountain. How lovely! The only utilities monthly are Wi-Fi and electric that would be split between us. The total rent with utilities is $460 a month. I myself am a super clean, friendly, quiet roommate.

It would just be me, my name is Savannah. I am a very low maintenance roommate, I keep my stuff clean and organized for the most part, I do not party a lot, and I am pretty chill. I am really nice and get along with almost everyone. If you’re looking for a roommate that keeps to themselves and doesn’t interact I can do that, or if you want to try to be friends I’d be down for that too! I love meeting new people and trying new things so I am open to pretty much everyone:)
