Amanda's room

We are seeking a young professional (male/female in late 20s/early 30s) to live in one of the three bedrooms in our house. We prefer that the potential new roommate has a steady job and can afford living with us. We are looking for a roommate to take the second biggest bedroom in the house on the 2nd floor. We live in a 3br/2ba house in Baker that is a couple of blocks from Punchbowl Social/The South Broadway Strip. The room has a shared bathroom for the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The bedroom comfortably can fit a king size bed with dressers/TV stands etc. It has hardwood floors, a decent sized closet, is at the front of the house, plus a small 1/2 sized closet. We have a house dog (Kobe) so it’s important for you to be a dog person. Kobe is one of the most important parts of the house, so he has to like you to be able to move in. He is a very friendly 30 LB Mutt that looks like a mix of a boxer/bulldog. The roommates share the common area so we would like the new roommate to respect everyone’s belongings and can add to the common area if they choose. The house also includes a fire pit in the backyard and a large basement for storage. We like to have a lot of fun but usually keep it low-key during the weeks and go out during the weekends. If the roommate is a right fit, the tenant can potentially stay in the room for 13 months. The new roommate will have to meet all three roommates, get along with them, grab a beer with them, and pay a $675 deposit. Only serious inquiries for this room.

There are three other roommates within the house. Jamison roommate works in insurance, travels for work, lives on the first floor, is home roughly one week a month, and likes to do active hobbies. The other two roommates are a couple and live in the other bedroom located on the second floor. Amanda works in HR and Colin works in Finance. Colin plays drums and is in a band. Whoever takes the room has to be alright with drum and band practice after work. It usually done by 7, but band practice can go to 8 or 9 only one or two nights a week (usually on the weekend). The band practices a lot at rehearsal studios, but the drummer practices almost everyday and never inconveniently plays around the other roommates schedules.
