About the room
I have a room for rent, it’s 900 all bills included. Quiet house and neighborhood. Reverse osmosis water filtration system. There is a community pool 3 blocks down. Right next to I-35 and real close to all the stores. Looking for a roommate that is quiet, peaceful and cleans after themselves. Normally keep the house around 72. Smoking outside, no parties, be courteous. Everyone uses their own things. Street parking. We have a cleaning schedule to make it easier on everyone. And split for cleaning supplies.
