About the property
The property comes with a washer and dryer included, a kitchen with a refrigerator and stove/oven, and a shower in both bathrooms. It is within very short, easy walking distance from UMD - as well as multiple bus stops - and a short bus ride from Saint Scholastica. There is a porch out back and a spacious lawn. The property comes with a large garage and a driveway for off-street parking. Each tenant will get their own room (unless otherwise requested). Trash/recycling removal is included in the rent, though unfortunately most other utilities are not, so that will be additional cost on top of rent.
There are currently three people accepted to the lease who will be living here, all around 20 to 22 years old. All genders and gender identities welcome, this is a queer friendly household.
