2 bedrooms available (have your own study/work space!) with private bathroom and 2 closets. The rest of the house is furnished, huge, and kept tidy. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room, plenty of storage space in the garage and basement, a gas fireplace and a huge fenced yard with outdoor fire area! Enjoy the dance floor in the basement or go out to the rec center/pool/park less than a mile away! There is also a hot tub out back, but it was drained before winter, so will take some work to get it running again. Prefer one adult who can use both rooms for $800/month, but open to couples for $1200 total/month.

A long-term monogamous couple, both mid-30’s. The rent (split 3 ways) would be $800±utilities each (about $100/month). My husband works in the music industry and I’m a vet tech. We have a male neutered cat and a medium-sized bird. We mostly enjoy quiet nights at home since COVID… Video games, movies, yoga, dancing, home-cooked shared meals… These are a few of our favorite things. We both love to teach and skill-share!
