The Area: -NE, West Cully -1 block to the 75, ~2 blocks to the 72 🚌 -Close to a lot of different food places, a thrift store, bars, a queer cafe, convenience stores, and a big park

Us: -QT married couple, 36/40

• Laid-back, mindful, communicative creative types (music, digital, traditional art) -We have 2 very sweet but animal-averse senior chihuahuas (Ginger & Pepper 11/10), so unfortunately no more free-roaming pets allowed, (caged/aquarium pets are welcome) -We don’t party, but enjoy the occasional couple of glasses of wine. 420 welcome outside, or less smelly methods welcome inside odd show binge, and occasional movie nights with a friend or two -Couples are more than welcome, to keep cost down
