Hey everyone! I currently have the primary bedroom in a 3bed/3bath townhouse available. You’d your own private bathroom & balcony. It’s located in a really great part of East Nashville, walking distance to Ugly Mugs, Rosepepper, Jeni’s etc! The neighborhood is lively, but quiet.

My name is Alanna, and I am 24 years old. I am currently in school and work Monday-Friday so I am in and out of the house a lot during the weekdays. I have a 4yr old Boston terrier, that does great with other dogs and people. Dogs are allowed, just must be friendly towards other dogs. Kayla is 30, and currently works in the service industry so she is in and out of the house a lot too. We would love to find someone who has respect for shared spaces, and someone who is clean and reliable :) we enjoy having roomie dinner nights, and occasionally having friends over as well but also enjoy our own downtime as well.
