I am renting a room in my 3 bedroom brick single-family house located in Temple Hills, Md., off of St. Barnabas Road directly behind the IHOP restaurant for $600.00/month along with a security deposit of $300. It is within walking distance (20 min.) to Suitland or Naylor Road Metro (Green Line) or a 5 minute drive to each of these Metro stations and is within a 5 min walking distance to Marlow Heights Shopping Center where there is a Giant Food Store, Macy’s dept. store and several fast food outlets. It is conveniently located to 495, 295, and is in close proximity to the National Harbour, Tanger Outlets and Andrews Airforce Base. It is about a 15-20 min. drive to Wash, DC; 10 mins drive to National Harbour/Tanger Outlets, and Alexandria, VA. There is street parking available in front of my house You will have access to the kitchen, and dining room, and share the bathroom with two other people. I am semi retired and live here with a woman who is fully retired. I work some mornings and possibly some evenings. We are pretty quiet individuals and are looking for the renters to be fairly quiet as well.
