Woo, do I have a story for you.

I’m a single 30 y/o man, essentially living alone, yada yada, who cares. My father is in the other room, but he always leaves me and anyone else alone, because he respects privacy.

To sum it up, no one in my family helps me pay for this home. Not my father, who is right there, and not my mother, who essentially wants me to have a bright future. (Mother doesn’t live here, but visits often.)

If you want me to leave you alone, that’s fine. If you want to chat and do cool stuff with me, that’s fine too. I don’t really care. The ultimate end goal of this listing is: PRIVACY and SOME SORT OF HELP. Also, please don’t be too loud. I suck at sleeping.

If the room looks “girly” right now, it’s because it used to be my sister’s room until she moved out.

All I am asking for is a measly $400 a month, because everything else? I can take care on my own.

Oh, and I have a crazy little dog named “Mochi.”

Also, NO INDOOR SMOKING.

I am a veteran, and I work in security. That’s it.

At home? I play video games, occasionally talk to myself (or friends online), and/or go out to get drunk because it’s the only thing that makes me feel good. My room is also very “geekified” if that entices you.

My father? Don’t worry about him.

My mother, who occasionally visits? If you’re a guy, just say you’re a cool buddy of mine. If you’re a girl, please say you’re just a friend/roommate, and please clarify to her that you are NOT my girlfriend.

Tl;dr, my father doesn’t care. My mother is desperate for grandchildren. Me? I just wanna chill.
