Looking for someone to take over my lease in April or May. The move in date is flexible!
The apartment is located on 9th and Garden Street and is a first floor walk up. It is about a 2 minute walk to the 126 bus stop and a 20 minute walk to the PATH station. This is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with both the bathrooms and bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment. The bedroom has exposed brick, large windows, high ceilings, and is very spacious. Wifi and utilities average to about $100 per month (Totaling to approximately $1550/month). You get your own hallway, which includes doors to the bathroom and closet. There is a backyard and the washer/dryer is located in the building. Kitchen has an electric stove and dishwasher. The living area, dining area, and kitchen are fully furnished. You only have to furnish your own room. Note: There is also a $350 application fee on top of the $1300 security deposit.
