Becca's room

A chill home and a nice room is available with whole house privileges. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.

The price includes all utilities. The security deposit can be split into two or three months if needed. It’s month-to-month but please plan to stay at least 3 months.

The room is perfect for someone who likes a peaceful, friendly, and clean house. Any age is fine - just past your party years please!

There is parking available in the driveway.

We would love to welcome a non-shedding dog to live with us.

The bathroom is shared with either 1 or 2 other women.

There is a community pool and tennis courts nearby.

Free from smoking, vaping, cannabis, fragranced products (lotions, laundry detergent, etc. - I am allergic), and alcohol.

We range in age from our 20’s to our 60’s! The 60’s is me- I own the home and am a retired college professor who currently does a lot of volunteer work. Everyone is friendly and respectful - that’s what works well here!
