Morgan's room

Hi! My boyfriend and I are looking to move out of our townhome by April 1. The room is the master bedroom with a private bathroom in a 4 bed town home. There will be 3 roommates - all girls and they all keep to themselves for the most part (average 23 years old). Washer and dryer is in unit. There is parking in the complex for an additional fee, but street parking is plentiful. The complex has a pool, jacuzzi, 24hr gym, putting green, fire pit, and outdoor grills.
