Renting out master bedroom in a 3-bed, 2-bath, 1535 sq ft apartment in Irvine, located near John Wayne airport and just a block away from the Jamboree Rd freeway ramp entrance to the 405 South. Bedroom has private bathroom and walk-in closet, carpeted flooring, and ceiling fan. Smoke-free, drug-free environment. Includes 1 designated parking spot in a parking structure. (There is also ample parking for guests.) There are currently 2 other roommates in the unit and utilities are split 3-way (or 4-way if a couple moves in). The apartment has lots of amenities including a decently sized gym (with weekly classes), sauna, bowling & arcade games. Couples are welcomed. (If needed, I can also move out earlier as well.)

-The room is on the 2nd floor of the 5-story apartment complex and is a corner unit (and overlooks the street corner on Main Street). -Room dimensions: 12 x 13“, or 12 x 18“ when including the walk-in closet. This is before including the large private bathroom, which has a shower and 2 sinks. -There is a washer and dryer within the unit. -My roommates and I were actually able to secure a separate storage unit (which is about a 30 second walk away from the unit, so you’ll also have 1/3 of the space there too. (This is included in the $1400 rate). -The room has a large window, with a blackout pull-down curtain, that opens up to street traffic on Main St. -The room comes with 1 designated parking space in the parking structure (on the same floor as the unit). There is also ample guess parking in this complex for guests, but typically on the 5th floor. -I’m actually flexible on move out date.

Two brothers in professional occupations who are non-smokers, outgoing and friendly. They’re night owls with Monday thru Friday jobs.
