1 unfurnished private bedroom and 1 private bathroom for rent within walking distance to CLU! The Condo will be shared with my partner and I. It is newly renovated and has amazing vaulted ceilings. There is an in unit washer and dryer as well as a community pool for use as well. There is plenty of parking, so there will be no additional charge for parking. Utilities are partially included, the remaining will be split evenly. Great potential for a CLU student who doesn’t want to have to drive to campus/pay for a parking pass!

• First and last months rent due on day of move in. (last months rent will be considered as a deposit)
• Room will be available beginning May 1st
• Must be pet friendly as we are likely to get a puppy sometime soon. however, we ask that you not bring any pets of your own into the home.
• No smoking anything in the condo or on the balcony, however, anywhere in community area is fine.
• Must be willing to have a background check and provide proof of employment or monthly income.
• We are willing discuss renting to a couple/ two friends to share the room at a higher price.

My partner and I are both full time students who also work part/full time. Both of us are working toward the medical field/ first responder work. we are both very laid back and relaxed individuals who love the outdoors, including hiking, camping, the beach etc.
