Single family home in a nice neighborhood with pool, tennis courts, & playground. Large fenced in back yard with deck and grill overlooking a small creek. Private furnished bedroom (Queen size bed) with good daylight that overlooks the back yard, and separate bath. I tend to hang out in the basement, so you can generally have the living room (pictured) to yourself. Utilities included: Gigabit internet, electric, gas, water.

I’m a 31 year old single, professional woman who works from home three days a week (M/W/F) and goes into the office the other two (Tu/Th). A mix of introvert and extrovert, I do host small gatherings on rare occasion, but more often I go out and meet friends for dinner, activities, etc, so the home is usually quiet. My hobbies include board games, video games, and hiking. Also, I have a long haired cat, so you two will need to get along.
