Location is well accessible to downtown Covington attractions and everyday necessities . Hospital and school is very close . Husky dog lives here . Pool , access to cook meals outside or inside . Laundry room . Temporary storage upon request for larger items if needed to arrange . Never any wild parties . Quiet neighborhood and very attentive neighbors . Family friendly location . Negotiable on length of stay . Bedroom has serta bed and minimal accommodation. Can be moved and decorated as you like . No painting walls
About the roomies
About myself … work a scheduled life mon- fri . 5:30-4:30. Dinner cooked almost every evenings , average quiet time during the week is 10:00 and music or television is ok . Outside is available for use of grills , boilers , pool , yard ,.. etc (upon request due to I cook a lot lol). Welcome to provide your own setup
