Looking for one roommate to fill the an open bedroom in our amazing 3-bed apartment (have lived here 2+ years!). It’s really quiet, facing the “courtyard” of the building. You’d share a bathroom with one other person. Rent for this room is $760/month + utilities/WiFi, which depending on the season end up being in the range of $50-100 usually. Dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit!
