A beautiful clean guesthouse in Chantemar Estates has its own private entrance (no shared housing). The tenant will always have private access to the guesthouse. We are conveniently located in central Temecula on a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac street with plenty of parking and are very close to restaurants, markets, and shopping malls. The guesthouse is furnished with a queen-size Murphy bed, closet, sofa, small breakfast table, work desk, mini-refrigerator, microwave, bathroom, hot plate, and a countertop with a small toaster oven for your basic cooking needs. Wifi and basic cable are included. NO PETS, NO KITCHEN, NO LAUNDRY ROOM, the tenant will have to go to the local laundry mat 2 miles away, the tenant will not have access to the main house. I live in the main house. Renting for 3 to 9 months only. Ideal for single traveling nurse professionals seeking their own private quiet space. No overnight guests. The guesthouse is approximately within 9 miles of all local hospitals, including Loma Linda University Medical Center, Temecula Valley Hospital, Inland Valley Hospital, and Rancho Springs Medical Center. No kids, for insurance purposes I have a pool.

You would be in your own private guesthouse on my property in the backyard. I would be respectful of your privacy. I live in the main house with my family, during the day it is very quiet as my kids are still in school. On the weekends we do have an active life we are usually chauffeuring our kids around to there activities. We also enjoy having our families visit.
