Sofia's room

Hello I am a Student at Sac State looking to fill in the last room in a house of 4. It’s a good deal, the smaller room will be as cheap as $390 with utilities being an extra $70 -$80. It’s close to Sac state campus and close to freeway etc. I can give more details about the house but I will provide a short list of all the things you must do ASAP to secure a spot since the landlord needs to confirm my tenants so this is VERY time sensitive. If you think you can do the following and are still interested, we can set up a time you can stop by to see the house and talk. To Do: -Fill out application -Application Fee of 35$ -Do a mini interview with me before doing one with landlord over the phone -MOST IMPORTANT: The landlord is asking for first month, last month, a security deposit of $450 dollars so the total will be $1,350 that you will have to pay by the end of the February no exceptions , I know its a lot but its the only way you can secure your spot. -Come see the house for yourself to see if you are comfortable with it If you think you can do the above ad are still interested , please contact me via text or call as it is easier for me and I can then email you the application. Serious inquires only, and please only reach out of you are currently employed and can show good history or at least prove that you are responsible etc. The lease is 1 year so it is a commitment !
