Dana Point room for rent for one (non-smoking) person with no pets. Home has lots of windows and gets plenty of sunshine and cool ocean breezes. Your room has a great view of the ocean, is not furnished, measures 11 ft.X 14 ft., includes a brand new mini-fridge and includes a mostly-private bathroom (only shared with the occasional visiting guest). The duplex is gated. We have in-home laundry. We have a very fast internet. All utilities are included with the rent. $850 Security Deposit required. Available February 19th. This room will be rented quickly.
