Room is good sized, shared living room and kitchen. Has a fenced back yard with a pool. Close to the airport, downtown, and local parks. Great neighborhood. Washer and dryer in home. Has an awesome landlady.

So far it’s just myself, Karma. I am an artist and mainly do tattoos. I’m looking for a chill, drama free, music loving person. Must be cool with an occasional party and guests from time to time. And you have to love my cat and some of his dog friends that come for visits. He thinks he runs the place. Lol
