About the room
Hello Everyone,
I’m renting out two bedrooms in my 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bathroom 1000 Sq ft townhome. Each room will be rented for $790 each (utilites/ internet will be split by you and the other renter). The rooms are available now. I’m ideally looking to house young professionals or students (20s-30s). Minimum lease time is 6 months then it will go month-to-month for how ever long you’d like to stay. Bedrooms are unfurnished, but the rest of the home is semi-furnished as displayed in the pictures. This home will be shared between you and one other person.
It is located next to the Hope Valley Historic District. Plenty of room for entertaining guests. Spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space. This property is located within 10 minutes of downtown Durham, Duke, South Point Mall as well as plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. About the roomies
The home is currently unoccupied. I’m willing to rent out the whole home if interested, but if not, whoever rents out a room first may assist with the interview/ search process of the person if you would like to be a part of that process.
