Cooperative Living House - Room Available “Goodlawn” is part of the Bloomington Cooperative Living, a nonprofit org for community-based affordable housing. -Shared common spaces (bathrooms, kitchen, living room) -Shared food (Bulk order food together to save money. Cook and eat dinners together. Food provided for independent breakfast/lunch/snacks). -Food and utilities are INCLUDED in rent. -Free parking -5 minute walk from IU Bloomington Campus. -Rent between $600-800 depending on the room

We are a group of mostly grad students and early-career young adults! Very queer, neurodivergent, international, and BIPOC friendly. We are looking for new roommates to join our community! We have summer sublets and full lease year rooms available. All roommates are expected to participate in chores, cooking, and house meetings. Enthusiasm for communal living is a plus :) All are welcome!
