Our rent day is the 15th of each month. -Security Deposit is $650

• We are not a party house. The three of us kind of do our own things. Occasionally we have friends over. Ideal Housemate: -Student or young professional -Able to share in housework -Responsible about paying rent on time and able to pay 1/4 of utilities
