Furnished bedroom includes: Brand new bed and mattress, bedding, pillows, TV, nightstand, chair and bookshelf. Main bathroom would be yours so you don’t have to share. Must love dogs, bring yours if trained and well behaved. Great balcony view overlooking the swimming pool.

I’m a Colorado native that enjoys working out, staying active and anything in the mountains. I’ve been sober for a year, so if you like to drink or party I would prefer that you do that outside of the home. I’m OK with 420, so long as you do it outside on the balcony. (Same with smoking) It’s just me and my dog, he loves people and other dogs.
