Aloha! I have 2 spare bedrooms in a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath apartment in Hawaii Kai right across from Kaiser High School. Living right on the marina too, so if you have a boat, you’re welcome to dock it there with an annual fee of around $500. You won’t find anything under a couple thousand a month elsewhere. Any gender is welcome. I have 2 spare bedrooms. You can decide which one you want to use as I use one kind of as a storage room. All bedrooms are upstairs and there’s a half bath downstairs by the front door. You’ll likely want the one with the balcony. You’ll have your own bathroom. The room can be partially furnished with a bed, night stand, entertainment stand, TV, Apple TV and lamp if you need. You can decide between a twin xl, which just means it’s longer, or a queen mattress without a bed frame. I’ll cover most utilities and internet. We can split electricity. The downstairs is shared space. Kitchen, laundry and living room. Dining room has a dishwasher and microwave taking up most of the space due to upcoming kitchen renovations. You can use the storage room too if needed. There’s assigned open parking with plenty of free guest parking. If you don’t have a vehicle I’m willing to lend you one with an additional cost. I wouldn’t mind pets so long as they’re well trained. You can’t smoke on the property. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. There’s a pool with a hot tub with gas grills available. There’s a recreation center available to rent if you wanted to throw a party. Disclaimer: The couch is currently broken, so you sink in a bit deeper than you should but it’s still very comfortable and I’m working with the warranty to get it replaced. The refrigerator sticks out a bit but will be fixed with kitchen renovation. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me.

I’m a 28yo male, currently living alone with 2 spare rooms. I’m gone most of the day. Mostly quiet when I’m home. I don’t have any pets, I don’t smoke in or around the house and drink occasionally. I’m medically retired military so you won’t have to worry about me acting a fool. Very professional.
