We are about 7 minutes from two major shopping areas (35/45 at LaFrontera Village and 130/45 at Stonehill Town Center). Commute times to downtown range between 23 minutes and 55 minutes depending on rush hour traffic.

The room can include a bed, dresser, bookshelf, and full-size walk in closet. Tenant will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, and washer/dryer. Utilities (electricity, gas, water, and wifi) are included. House has a large backyard with a fire pit and full privacy fence. Located in a very friendly neighborhood with a park including a walking trail right across the street. We are in the process of updating the kitchen cabinets and expect them to be fully finished within a few days.

We are a married couple with well-behaved 3 year old twin boys. We have been renting out a room in our house off and on for 12 years-we are no strangers to having roomies and get along with most people! We have a very sweet and well-trained chocolate lab and a tabby cat. Kris is around off and on as a stay at home mom and Raymond works downtown during the day, occasionally working from home. We enjoy video games, bonfires, and hikes. Raymond has a shed in the backyard that has been converted into a forge where he practices his hobby of blacksmithing. We are an open-minded and accepting family!
