RENTAL TERMS

• 1 occupant/room
• Month-to-month lease
• To secure room: security deposit equal to 1 month’s rent
• Rent due on 1st of month to be paid via Zelle or Venmo.
• No pets allowed. No smoking tobacco inside house.
• Fully furnished. No outside furniture allowed.

NEIGHBORHOOD: PICO-UNION Pico-Union is an ethnically diverse neighborhood situated between downtown LA and Koreatown and home to many Guatemalan and Salvadoran families. We are a 15-minute walk to the edge of downtown. We’re also right around the corner from Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz & Hollywood.

• No outside furniture allowed.

We’re an artistic French/Southern couple who has lived in our house for 6 years. We have 5 bedrooms total, which we rent out to single occupants. As Airbnb Superhosts, we have shared our home with over 1,000 travelers from around the world since 2015, and at the beginning of 2020, we opened our space to those looking for longer term stays. Renting on a month-to-month basis, our fully-furnished rooms are perfect for digital nomads, interns, students, those in the city on a work stint, or those newly transitioning to LA.

Currently, at the house we have:

• Keva: She is a yoga and embodied dance instructor who has been with us for over a year. Originally from Boston.
• Aaron: He is a music producer who has been with us almost a year. Originally from Napa, CA.
• Nuri: He is an entrepreneur who recently moved in and plans to be with us for a year. He chose us as his first home for his move from Turkey.
