I am a 29yo professional woman looking for a roommate to share a 2Br townhouse in Unionville. It is $700 for rent, with heat and hot water included. It has 2 floors; the living room and kitchen are on the first floor and the bedrooms and a shared bathroom are on the second floor.

It also comes with a finished basement for extra space (the current roommate uses it as an office/yoga room). Bonus: washer and dryer are available in unit.

The apartment is a 15 min drive to UConn health and a 20 minute drive to Blue Back Square.
