Hi! My name is Tiana and I’m looking for a female roommate to move into an open room in the apartment, it is Immediately Available!

Currently, two females live in the apartment, ages 24-26, working in NYC. We are looking for a relaxed, pleasant, and clean person to move into the third room.

This room is a cozy space, no window, full-size bed frame with drawers included, and has a two-door closet space. The bathroom is a shower and super clean. h The living room space is big and great for entertaining and would have a lot of natural sunlight. The main areas are also fully furnished! The room is furnished with a full-size bed frame with four drawers and a free-standing bookcase (if you want). There are a washer and dryer in the apartment The lease runs till November 30th but can resign for another year. Please let me know if you’re interested or have any questions!
