I live in The Parkside Apartment luxury homes complex and I’m looking to rent a room. Spacious room with a large closet and private bathroom.Apartment is really nice, washer and dryer in the unit.Club house & recreation room as well as pool and Jacuzzi.Club house can be rented out by tenants to host private functions, parties, baby showers etc…In addition, our Property Manager plans summer bbq’s and hands out nice gifts.We always have Halloween gathers with games, candy, food, movies and a magic show. For Christmas Santa Claus takes pictures with the children and they have a great time.In addition, Parkside Apartments has security cameras, on-site maintenance and security that we can call any hour. Very safe and peaceful environment.

Hello, I’m a self employed, I work various events and demonstrations for different companies.I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to movies, dinner and reading.In addition, I enjoy traveling, and maintaining a clean and peaceful home. I’ve been at my apartment for close to (9) years. I’m peaceful & respectful and I want my roommate to always feel welcome. I like having my family and friends over to play card or board games, watch movies or cook a nice soul food dinner occasionally.I’m a Christian woman, trustworthy and open to have my roommate(s) join in on food and fun whenever I host.
