- Upstairs bedroom with private full bathroom ($900/500 dep)
- Upstairs bedroom with shared bath access ($800/450 dep)
The House: 2 full bathrooms + 2 half baths Large game room upstairs Deep in-ground pool, gazebo, grill, and garden area (great for relaxing or hosting) Furnishing is currently in progress Street + alleyway/driveway parking available
About the roomies
Household: We’re a couple (homeowners) plus one male roommate currently living upstairs. The environment is: Clean, relaxed, and respectful Progressive and neurodivergent-friendly Smoke-free indoors (outdoor smoking allowed on patio only)
A heads-up on lifestyle: there are two car enthusiasts in the house who occasionally work on their cars, so it can be noisy at times. That said, there are also plenty of chill, quiet periods—especially since two of us are students. We like to keep things balanced and fun, with the occasional pool days and grill hangouts.
Pets: We currently have a pet tegu 🦎 Open to other pets case-by-case
