I’m looking for a subleaser to take over my room in a large, bright and open house in East Nashville. This is a private room with shared bathroom in the Lockeland Springs neighborhood — and the best features of the house are the location and shared living spaces. You’ll be located two blocks from Shelby Park and the Greenway system, which is great for biking/running, and two blocks from what will soon be the newest Frothy Monkey shop! Also walking distance to restaurants and bars like Lockeland Table and Urban Cowboy.

The house has two living rooms, a big backyard with fire pit area and grill and a ton of storage. There’s also a front porch with rocking chairs and swings. All stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer on site, and great property manager.

You’ll be living with two other girls in their 20’s. Jessie is a musician for Soundstripe and Kali is a freelance filmmaker. They both work from home most of the time and would prefer a roommate who either works 9-5 during the week or who doesn’t mind keeping quiet when they’re working on a project during those hours.

The house is quiet, peaceful and clean — so they’re looking for someone who values those traits in a living situation. Must be LGBTQ friendly.
