Private Master fully furnished master bedroom, private bathroom, 10x10 storage shed, 1 garage parking spot, fully furnished household with washer/dryer, plates, glassware, flatware, kitchen appliances. Screened in patio for my cats + workout equipment. Cats are indoor, but have a cat door to go out on patio.

I’m in my mid 40’s, early riser, work typically 6 days a week, 7:30 am - 6:00 pm, do my own yard, clean daily, and am pretty quiet. If you’re in nursing school or work strange hours, this might prove to be a good fit! I love dogs, but cannot have any other cats, as my two cats are territorial. Must like cats; they’re like children to me.
