Room for rent in Luxury condo in Kakaako, Hawaii. Apartment is above the 40th floor, with an amazing view, we can watch the sunset and sunrise every day from here :) Can see Molokai and Maui on clear days. Bathroom will be shared with one of the roommates. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in the apartment. We have a washer and dryer, ice cold AC and a dishwasher. Entire apartment is furnished with nice quality furniture. Apartment also has cable and WiFi included. The apartment building is called Moana Pacific Towers, it has a big pool, two jacuzzis, two tennis courts, mini golf, area for bbq, a gym and 24/7 security. We have both lived here for a year and we love it :) There is always plenty of guest parking. We are walking distance to Ward theaters, Ala Moana mall, Ala Moana beach Park, etc. We are looking for a person that is nice, easy to live with and clean. Preferably in their 20’s :)

We are two young professionals in our early-mid twenties that currently live here, and we have one open bedroom. We are very clean and like to take care of the apartment. We both work a lot and are gone a lot from the apartment. We are both easy going and like to be social when we are off work.
